But for the bottom quarter of the glass this appears a dark red that nears brown with a tall khaki head leaving distinct layers of lace.
The malt expression they achieve is out of this world. It's not toasty, it's something else. It's not nutty, either, while still in that sort of vein. Its malt is extremely, uniquely potent with hints of licorice, root and even coffee.
The medium body's got a unique tang and an underlying bitterness with a light fluff that finishes semi-dry.
