Lightly foggy pale yellow with a thick white head settling to a persistent comforter that clings in fine wavy sheets.
First sip has a lactic tartness paired with a fresh but mild peach that's almost like pear it's so subtle. It's not too sweet, but it's more so than it is sour or bitter, although this does fade ever so slightly as a little funk develops over time.
The medium-light body finishes lightly semi-wet.
