Having this beer on tap at Noble Beast. This beer is a collaboration brew with Terrestrial Brewing Company, another brewery in the Cleveland area. Served to me in a stange glass, this beer draws a clear white golden color with streams of little bubbles fairly rapidly and continuously rising to the beers surface. Has a nice White fluffy head that’s about an inch thick that after a few minutes eventually settles to a very thick ring wondering the inside of the glass at the beer's surface and nice cluster swirls of film layer surface foam. Not much lacing here to speak of. Aromas of some crispy, bready malts along with some Sauvignon Blanc grape must essence and that’s followed by some herbal, floral, and zesty hop notes. The taste is pretty much the same, with some crispy, some bready malt flavor that’s followed by a slight must and dank flavor from the essence of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes used in this beer. This is rounded out with some zesty, floral, and herbal up bitterness. A extremely well balanced flavor profile. Has a crisp, also smooth, light to medium body mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a fairly dry finish, probably from the grape must that’s present here. All of the flavors linger nicely on my palate and the aftertaste. A very nice beer here overall.
