Inspired by our collab with Breakside Brewery in Portland, we set out to brew a super dry IPA using rice, Citra and Mosaic from the PNW, and Michigan Copper hops. Aromatic fruit punch, stone fruit, and tropical citrus shine through the lean malt.

Pours a clean golden yellow; loads of foam. Aroma is dank; floral, sharp citrus, and resin. Upon the tongue, a pretty straightforward west coast, lots of resinous floral notes with just a hint of sharp sweetness. This is all hop; malts are mostly held back. Good beer.

Canned on 12-5-22. 16oz can poured into a tulip.
Pours a light and bright golden with great clarity and transparency, it's completely see through; small eggshell white head that fades quickly leaving little retention and decent lacing. Great color.
The aromas have lots of citrus and tropical fruits. Hints of caramel and fresh bread. Some malts. Smells like a really good West Coast IPA.
The flavors follow the nose perfectly. Lots of grapefruit along with some lemon. Lots of fresh grass. Some pine. More crackers. Subtle hints of caramel. Malts are there but basically take a backseat. Finishes dry and clean. Alcohol goes unnoticed.
Mouthfeel is nice. It's medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, crisp, smooth, and slightly fluffy.
This is a great "West Coast IPA". It has everything that you'd expect from the style. The craftsmanship is on point. Well done, they really nailed it.
