An Italian-style Pilsner brewed for Spring. Aromas of wildflower, crispy cucumber, and lemongrass are followed by soft malt and a refreshing bitterness. Horizontally lagered for clarity of flavor.

Nearly clear straw color. Modest can poured head that eventually settles to no bubbles and no subsequent lace.
The malt comes across as sweet but the taste is dry. The hop is soft and provides a little balance.
The hop is far more pronounced in the taste. The body is thinner than expected but that may be from a much higher carbonation level. The finish has a touch of malty sweetness while the black pepper like hop brings a moderate length aftertaste.
