Having this beer on tap at the brewery. This beer draws a clear, very light golden color with some streams of little bubbles rapidly and continuously rising to the beer’s surface. Has a white head that’s about 1/4 of an inch thick when first drawn and served with good retention. Settles to some nice cluster swirls of film layer surface foam and nice lacing lining the inside of the glass. Aromas of some slightly zesty, bready malts along with some floral, white wine grape must from the Nelson Sauvin hops that are used in this beer. Has a very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready, slightly zesty malts along with the floral, white wine like grape must hop bitterness. A good balance of the different flavors here for sure. Not the most complex flavor profile, and that is quite okay, as the flavor profile that is here works quite well indeed as far as my palate is concerned! Has a crisp, somewhat smooth, slightly frothy, medium bodied mouth feel with light to moderate carbonation. Has a clean and just slightly dry finish and all of the flavors linger nicely on my palate in the aftertaste. Quite a nice beer here indeed!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
