Brewed with Danish pilsner malt from Fuglsang and hopped with Czech Saaz and German Hersbrucker for a floral/herbal aroma.

Well, I appear to have lost what I wrote, so I will have to redo it from memory. Good for me. If I can't remember to submit the score, I can't be trusted to remember this!
Pours a semi-translucent straw color with a short, white head that fizzles out. The aroma is hoppy with a mixture of herbs and a touch of spice. The taste is very similar. The first sip is crisp and carbonated. Over time, a bready quality emerges, along with the hoppy, herbal mix. It feels fair in body and carbonation with a slightly creamy, sweet finish, followed by a lingering touch of spice.
Very good, as always, from the Beast.
