Pours a dark honeyed orange-brown. Nice big, foamy head and lacing. Strong hoppy aroma, somewhat earthy and dank with a big dollop of citrus. Menaces with bitterness up front, but then backs off to more of a gentle slope to the balance of hoppy, earthy, fruity flavors. Malty backbone with a touch of sweetness, like honey. Soft, smooth, crisp, and somewhat dry. Touches of grapefruit.

I must be sensitive to something in the hop profile of this beer because it makes my throat itch and I don’t like the taste. I really don’t like the pine and hemp leaning nature of the hops. It looks great, with a golden color and tons of white foam that clings to the glass. Highly carbonated, with streams of bubbles rising constantly. Nice malt background, some honey sweetness, and undertones of a zesty blend of citrus fruit including orange, lemon, and lime. Fairly bitter. The hops are piney, and (at least to my palate) the taste leans overly in a hemp direction that detracts from the experience. Medium to light body.

Lightly chill hazed but otherwise clear sunrise gold with a tall head of off-white foam supported by large bubbles.
Cleanly fiery evergreen cologne meets spritzed orange zest with a hint of dankness, but also numbing limoncello...?
Brightly balanced bitterness in a softly crisp body that swallows tingly semi-dry makes for a Fat Head's level of deft execution.
