Taihu Brewing

Visited January 2026. Easy to get to with an MRT interchange nearby. Lively bar on a weeknight even at 10p, classic American hip hop playing loud was unexpected. About 20 beers on tap, maybe half were their own. Downside is very very IPA/hop heavy, virtually no diversity of styles. Beer quality was pretty good and they at last were creative in hoppy beers. Service was efficient and at ~$7.50usd per beer pricing was what one expects in Taiwan. Good place.

Stopped by on a recent trip to Taipei. Odd to find as it didn't really have any sign on the outside! OK beer selection (about 6 of their beers on tap) and 4 can options to go. They actually had a guest brewery (Sour Cellars), but most were already sold out. The ambience was cool. People were generally nice.
