Served in a pilsner glass, this brew comes out the color of yellow straw, not quite as cloudy as you would expect in an "unfiltered" brew. The head is about medium high, but thin and reduced to a collar quite quickly. Surprisingly, that collar leaves nice lace lines down the glass. The nose is bland, if there's any at all. The mouth is fresh, tingly and thinnish, with malty tones. Sweet barley malt greets the tongue, followed by a nice hoppy finish. The aftertaste returns to barley. This is the one brew I most wanted to try again, and would happily continue to drink.
