Served a nice deep dark brown with a tan head. Nice malty characteristics. Quite smooth and easy to drink. Hints of toasty in the profile and a light bitter at the end. One of the best beers I've been able to try in Russia. Many thanks go out to Globetrotter for meeting us at Durdin and helping us out here in Moscow.

Nice brew. Came in a globular mug with windows and a handle. It sported a nicely contoured tan head above a clear reddish-brown liquid. The head stuck around for a while, and left some decent lace. The nose was very malty, while the mouth was sweet and just a bit heavy. The taste starts very nice - smooth malt with just a touch of syrup. That is followed by a pleasant hoppy bitterness that sticks around for a while, leaving a nice lingering aftertaste. Good stuff.
