Double Dry Hopped NEIPA. This unique Norwegian Kviek yeast develops hints of lemon and peppercorn while a hazy body blends perfectly with the notes of pineapple and berry that flow from big Sultana and Galaxy hop additions.

Modest finger’s worth of foam, eggshell white, nice sheet of lacing slowly sinks back down into the head. The liquid is murky hazy, not puree hazy, allows you to see the bubbles, average yellow color. Pleasing herbaceous snap to the nose, fresh sort of dankness, pot resin, tar, asphalt, solid grapefruit to orange scent presence before melon, pear, apricot fruit settle in, easygoing and not over the top. Light-bodied and silky smooth mouth texture, steady if mild churn from the carbonation. Arguably runs on the sweeter side, light soft drink character to the citrus and here there’s considerably more mango, guava, pineapple alongside the melon and pear. Dried pine sap, licorice, molasses, coconut keep the festive mood going. Not getting much herbal bite. Some tingle at the end. The can verbiage portrays the beer as “crushable” and I’d have to agree.
