Just in the last year or so, HopTop moved from their brewery-only location (in the complex next to Horizont and Mad Scientist) across the street to a brand-new brewing facility with a restaurant and taproom.
When I visited, they only had about 4 of their beers on draft, but had about 20 different HopTop beers in cans/bottles for on-site consumption (and for takeaway as well). Most of the customers there, I saw drinking bottles/cans. So, the selection is decent overall, but not really draft-heavy.
As I said, the facility is brand new, and it has an industrial feel with the large brewhouse right there visible through windows from the two-story taproom. There's also a nice outdoor area, although shade/rain cover is pretty limited. You order at the bar, then go sit down, and the lady I ordered from was nice although having a little Hungarian helps a lot.
The restaurant is basically a burger-and-fries joint but I found the burger to be really good. I probably wouldn't make HopTop a top beer destination, but if you're in the far eastern part of Pest and are looking for a craft beer and a good burger, HopTop is definitely worth a try.
