It’s been SO long since I’ve had this style and what better time to revisit than when in Edinburgh? Pint from cask. Rich, warming, rustic, earthy, and a bit of caramel sweetness. So easy drinking and smooth. Pairs well with fish and chips or any food really. Cask is a wonder to behold. Delicious!
