330ml bottle from Lidl (£1.49):
Dark mahogany brown with a good sized, thick & foamy beige head that's bubbly on the surface with some lacing on the sides. It's a dark nose with caramel & earthy malts, a nutty aroma then touches of sugar & bread malts that add a nice sweetness to the beer. It's a similar taste with a malty sweetness dominating then touches of toffee & sugar on top of the bread malts then a tiny bit of chocolate. It's medium bodied & fairly but surprisingly good with soft carbonation & a good balance too.
