Newest brewery to Cornelius and the lake Norman region. Stopped in for a sampling, ordered coconut porter, Lkn IPA, otter red, session IPA, and berry wheat. Coconut porter was delicious, by far the best of the five. The coconut was subtle and blended perfectly with chocolate maltiness. Session IPA was well balanced and a good all day IPA. The Lkn IPA unfortunately really missed the mark. No IPA should be this light in color. Hops were barely noticeable. Otter red was nothing special and lacked richness. The berry wheat was interesting but overly sweet, tasted like a filtered wheat with syrup added post production. It's unusual to find a brewery that hits both ends of the good and bad spectrum. Hopefully as the brewery matures so will their beers.
