Olut valittiin Suomen parhaaksi vaaleaksi lageriksi 2017.

Enjoyed at Craft Beer Helsinki 2024. Cold Smoked Lager (5%) using Kaski Pils as the base. Light and crisp with firm body. Smokiness was nuanced, but subtle and in no way overwhelming; allowing the malts and hops to come through. Probably the best of the ten lagers that I tried. Would love to sit down with a full bottle (or ten) one day.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving some patches of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of smoked malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell, but has stronger flavors of smoked malts, although these are nearly not as strong as those in a raunchier.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is rather easy to drink for a smoked beer because the smell and taste aren’t overpowering.
