We picked up a pack of this beer from the brewery. It is a completely clear golden yellow color with a tall white head. Brilliant lace and nice retention. The aroma has a floral and lightly spicy note....some grain and a little twang. The taste has a fairly intense spicy flavor, along with an earthy, yeasty flavor. Medium in body. This is a very solid and enjoyable Wit.

16oz can pours a somewhat hazy rich golden yellow color with a cap of sudsy white head that fades to a thin layer on top. Smells most strongly of spicy aromatic herbs, with some malt and yeast notes alongside. Solid bready malt flavor with rich yeast notes and a fresh herbal spicy flavor from the rosemary. Medium body and moderate to strong carbonation mouthfeel. Hop flavor is not really noticeable and overruled by the herbs. Mild bitterness to close, but not overbearing. Aftertaste shifts from slight bitterness to the aromatic herb flavor.
Really interesting idea to add rosemary to a witbier; it works extremely well. I need to try more beers with herbs, especially basil. Would buy again.

On tap. Poured out a cloudy, straw yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of spices, wheat and yeast. Cracked wheat taste with a spicy bite.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy light golden color with a decent head. Aroma of yeast, citrus and bit herbal. Taste of citrus, grain, bit of yeast and spice. Mid bitterness and fairly clean finish. Moderate body, smooth with a subtle tart feel. Nice.

Pours a cloudy gold color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and slight lacing. Smells of strong spice (cardamon, ginger, and nutmeg), sweet malt, and slight pale malt. Fits the style of a Witbier. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation and a slight dryness. Tastes of strong spice (cardamon, ginger, and nutmeg), sweet malt, and slight pale malt. Overall, decent appearance, spice dominates aroma and body, but blend is still quite good.
