On tap at the brewpub. Pours a deep brown color with a tan foamy head with some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, trace of pine and caramel. taste of Roasted malt, with trace of chocolate, coffee, and caramel. Light malt bitterness and a dry finish. Fairly full body and smooth, with a nice Dry Stout feel. Easy drinker.

Pours a black color. 1/4 inch head of an off-tan color. Decent retention and great lacing. Smells of roasted malt, slight sweet malt, and a hint of pale malt. Fits the style of an Irish Dry Stout. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level and an elevated dryness. Tastes of a hint of chocolate, sweet malt, hint of piney hops, hint of a hint of coffee, slight caramel malt, and a hint of roasted malt. Overall, decent appearance and aroma, but good feel, blend, and body.
