16oz can pours light orange-brown color with some sudsy tan-colored head that fades to a thin ring. Very little aroma, just a faint malt note. Light malt flavor with some toast, caramel, and dark fruit notes and a mild roasted/burnt note and a slight sweetness. Light body and light carbonation mouthfeel. Not hoppy and a very small bitterness closes out the beer.
Pretty great beer, need more craft brewers picking up sessionable styles like this.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, dark burgundy color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of coffee, toffee, chocolate and malt. Nice roasted malt and coffee taste with a mild bitterness.
