Our Imperial Stout has been aging in bourbon barrels for one year, and it's finally ready. Boozy, chocolate, toffee, coffee, peppery and all kinds of delicious.

10oz pour at the brewery. Poured an opaque, jet-black color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It smelled of bourbon, oak, vanilla, roasted malt and dark chocolate. So much barrel taste with bourbon, oak, vanilla and charred notes. Chocolate, toffee and some coffee.
