Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some vanilla and cinnamon notes with light honey notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate malt notes with some vanilla and cinnamon with distinctive honey notes. Body is about full with good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Interesting flavours even though I have never tasted the dessert it is based on.

Deep black color with a thin caramel head.
Aroma with real notes of "pão de mel" with cinnamon, honey, cloves and dark chocolate.
Flavor with notes of honey, cloves, cinnamon, spices, molasses. Dry aftertaste with lingering spices from this delicacy.
Medium to full body with appropriate carbonation.
This was amazing. I couldn't imagine they could liquify "pão de mel".
