Finally Here! started it’s life in July 2017. We took Snow Giant White Peaches from local farmer Sunny Cal Farms and conditioned a wheaty American Sour base beer with it until early May 2018. The result is pleasantly sour, with peach skin tannins and a juiciness that gives and gives. Our first release from our mixed culture barrel program. Enjoy!

A: Lots of peach aroma, followed by light funk and sourness.
A: Straw color, opaque, with a thinnish white head that quickly forms a ring around the glass.
T: Peach flesh, gives way to light funk and moderate lingering sourness through the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderately light carbonation.
O: Solid; the beer has a pleasant peach character with light funk and clean sourness.
