Keeping it simple, we stuck with two ingredients: Pilsner Malt and Mosaic hops. We created a beautifully clear, wonderfully bubbly, and refreshingly dry, Brut IPA.

A: Moderately-light hop aromas of berries and citrus.
A: Deep gold color, totally clear, with a moderate slightly rocky white head with adequate retention.
T: Moderate hop flavor of berries, citrus, slight pine, with a light malt sweetness, followed moderate hop bitterness, with a super dry finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderately high carbonation.
O: Alright; the beer has clean hop profile, but the beer is a bit overly dry. The beer could be better with more expressive hops and slightly less champagne yeast.
