L: Hazy bright yellow with nice hues. Minimal head from the pour and bar-none lacing.
S: Citrus and grass on the nose with a bit of white wine grape funk.
T: I go back and forth with this one. First off, the flavor is by no means bad, it just isn't up to the standard that I think Green Cheek can produce. The beer encompasses citrus flavor with a bit of nelson dankness, but the finish is a bit off and a tad harsh. The aftertaste is straight citrus and is quite pleasant. Malt flavor is also somewhat exaggerated here, but not to the levels of your usual WCIPA.
F: Very light thin and watery. Easy to drink and moderately carbonated.
O: As a whole, is enjoyable and drinkable. It is light and refreshing, but I do wish there was a little more refinement when in comes to the Citra and Nelson hops implementation. I am very glad to try. Cheers!
