Italian-Style Pils
Buddy, Friend, Homie, Pally, Amico, or whatever you call your favorite people, let’s celebrate those friendships with a Pils or two! Oh man, this batch. It’s very dry, with some herbal notes on the nose, and a fine bitterness that carries through from sip to finish.

On tap at Green Cheek in Orange, CA.
Light and crisp like the wedding day my first bish wanted, but never got. I mean, even I can day dream about what could have been. I see a sunny day where all feeling is fine. There are gulls in the air, along with the spray of the ocean breeze... Shit, Raul, get back to the beer. All I got to say is that it’s ok to get lost in wonder every now and then. Oh yeah, and this beer is just fine too.
Be well.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
