DDH Hazy DIPA w/ 100% Galaxy
It’s our little series of beers highlighting the extremes of one single hop variety, double dry hopped to overload the senses with all of what it is. Galaxy is a hop variety that comes to us all the way from Australia. One of the harder hops for us to get our mitts on, the aromatics and flavor hit with fresh kiwi, prickly pear, elderflower, white pear and jackfruit.

Sweet, tropical hoppy, slightly malty, and hint of earthy/grassy nose on this one! Taste follows with a malty-hoppy...and an almost astringent, earthy grapefruit citrus sour bitterness on the backend. I realize that this is a little long in the tooth...but, honestly, I was expecting this to still be much better than this.
