Sweet caramel honey malty and slight hint of oak barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a caramel biscuity malty, and subdued bitter finish...as it warms, a little more woody oak from the barrel shows up. This is unfined and unfiltered, so this is more soft on the palate than crispy...also because of that, it's not the prettiest festbier either. I prefer the standard one I had from them over this one, but it is still pretty good!
