We took our Swim Test recipe (Double dry hopped with Citra, Nelson, rolled oats, and unmalted wheat), hit it with those rad little freeze dried Sauv Blanc skins (Phantasm), and then fermented it with a Thiol freeing yeast strain called Tropics. The result is fresh kiwi, yuzu zest, muscat grape, and pineapple.

Sweet tropical hoppy, white wine grape, hint of orange citrus, and Nelson-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a juicy-soft, Nelson hoppy, and orange-grapefruit citrus bitter finish. As it warms, a little dryness shows up on the backend...possibly the Phantasm rearing its head. Also, this could be a little heavier on the palate IMO...it's not thin, per se, but some additional depth and murkiness would have made the mouthfeel for this a touch more enjoyable. Outside of that, this is delicious!
