Hazy IPA W/ Nelson, Motueka & Galaxy
Fire alarms, space shuttles being launched into space, your neighbors lawn mower at 6am on a Saturday morning. These are just a few of the loudest things around…but our good ‘ol pal Cheeky and his buds take the cake. When they all get together, they’re almost as loud as this juice bomb of an IPA! Bursting with notes of ripe mango, dried pineapple, fruit loops, and noise complaints.

Green Cheek on tap is always a treat! This pours cloudy and hazy. I’m getting lots of lychee and guava and a touch of green grass, with a finish reminiscent of orange creamsicle.

Pours an orange-tinted yellow and is completely opaque; a 2", off-white head forms and slowly dissipates. Moderate lacing. The aroma has large amounts of mango and grapefruit, with just a hint of resin. The taste isn't quite as juicy as the smell, but along with the citrus elements is just enough slightly dank bitterness to balance out the overall flavor profile. The mouthfeel has just enough pine-like bitterness to balance out the malt and juice elements, and finishes with just a hint of warmth in the throat.
