Canned 1/11/23.
L: Pours a totally opaque yellow gold with a big fluffy white head, which slowly thins on top but sticks thickly around the glass. Minimal lacing.
S: Strong aromas of mango, lemon-lime and pineapple.
T: Lemon-lime first, then mango and papaya. Finishes grapefruit dry and slightly bitter, with a sharp aftertaste.
F: Lively mouthfeel. Medium carbonation.
O: Looks and smells terrific. Really good flavor profile, but still a bit green 16 days out.

Sweet tropical fruity hoppy, Brach's orange slices candies, and orange zesty citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a smooth and soft, orange citrus hoppy bitter swallow. This definitely looks and feels the part with a beautiful color that looks fantastic! I had this just a few days after canning, so I am interested to see how this evolves over time...the finish is just a tad short IMO. But, I 'm nitpicking! Ha! This is drinking so well out of the gate! An absolutely outstanding TDH DIPA!
