DDH West Coast IPA w/ Amarillo, Mosaic & Nelson
Our first double dry hopped West Coast IPA returns! This thing soars on in with a huge blend of carefully selected hops that work together in a way that is better than the sum of its parts. The bitterness is full, with a chewy resinous quality that pleasantly sticks to your palate, while the nearly non-existent malt character is just a vessel to let the hops pop the way they should. Flavor notes? The vibes on this one are all: yuzu oil, fresh blueberries, Agua De Melon, & a big ol’ pile of fresh spun cotton candy.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Bright citrus, a touch of resinous pine, slightly grassy, underlying exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, a touch floral, biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, orange, lemon, lime, and grapefruit, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, white grape, blueberry, gooseberry, mango, passion fruit, apricot, peach, guava, and a hint of pineapple, a little resinous pine, a touch grassy and floral, biscuity malt, and a little light caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: I've heard a lot of good things about Green Cheek, but somehow this is my first time trying a beer from them. (Big thanks to my buddy who brought me back a few cans.)
Crisp, bright, balanced, great hop combo. Really well done Westy.

Pours a clear, straw yellow with a relentless yet well-behaved head. Bright white and fluffy, it tried to be aggressive but quickly dissipated as I poured.
You can smell this from literally 3 feet away. It’s ultra dank, with fresh green hops, bitter citrus pith, pine, and some sweet dried fruits.
Taste is SO old school. Such a refreshing change from the low IBU haziness with tons of face-melting bitterness, pine tar, sweet amber malts and chives. Finishes ultra dry, just blitzing your palate. Woooh. Wild stuff!
