On tap at Green Cheek Beer in Orange, CA
Well, I've often appreciated IPAs brewed with Strata, but never have I tasted it isolated in a single hop beer before.
Brilliantly clear, bright gold with moderate white head.
Dank, grapefruit and strawberry on the nose.
More grassy flavor, but very fruity.
Light to medium body with a mostly dry finish.
Delicious.
