A Black IPA w/ Mosaic. Ekuanot & Chinook Cryo
On the nose we've got Mosaic leading the pack with a case of freshly baked blueberry muffins. The Chinook Cryo and Ekuanot fill it out with citrus and fresh pine. On the palate, there's a mid palate bitterness reminiscent of dark chocolate covered oranges that lingers into the resinous finish…but, I digress.
