Green Cheek Beer Company

Using raw wheat, pilsner malt, old fashioned oats, noble hops, and then fermented with a super yummo Belgian yeast. We finished it off with fresh-ground coriander and some dried orange peel that we made ourselves by zesting and drying locally-grown oranges. The result is a thirst quencher and definitely a reminder to us of how much we love this beer style! The spice and zest are present, but without trampling all over the expressive yeast.
