The first can I opened had just a faint flicker of foam and not much for carbonation. Then, looking at the label I see the instructions to shake the can, let it rest, and pour vigorously. Take my advice and do this in the kitchen sink. But the results are not bad, and the creamy carbnation helps the rather subtle flavor. Pleasant but faint aroma of grain and green herbs. Tastes like lime peel and more green herbs with a bit of biscuit. Rather pleasant, actually, but it's a resiny hop-water sort of thing rather than a crisp Pilsner. Still, an interesting light brew in the lower-alcohol reaches. From the 16 oz can purchased at the tasting room in Costa Mesa.
