The classics are THE CLASSICS for a reason, am I right? This tried and true malty wonder is a testament to the age ol’ adage of “Irish Red’s are perfect as is and shouldn’t be messed with”. Maybe your Mom didn’t teach you that one, but either way we’ve got it on tap right now! A lovely burnt red in color, with a delicious maltiness that carries layers of caramelized sugars and toasty yumminess. The finish is smooth.

At green cheek in Costa Mesa. Dark reddish brown. Creamy pale tan head. Aroma light roasty earthy character. Taste gently roasty. Hints of caramel and earth. Not too sweet but very light hop character and minimal biitterness. Very nice. A good example of the style. Lively feel.
