Eight Eyes Are Better Than Four // A West Coast DIPA w/ Mosaic, Nectaron, HBC 586, 8.6% ABV. Our four-eyed Brewers Chepe and Max put their heads together to take something good and make even better! They took our recipe for A Permanent Case of Senioritis, and switched out the hops for their personal faves. Tasting Notes? Max and Chepe say that it’s got a new level of fruit, with an Orange and Lemon zest, watermelon rind hit to your senses. There’s even a bit of pine cone and honeydew melon too. I guess it is true what they say…eight eyes ARE better than four.
