AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! We don't mean to cause a panic, but this tiger is on the loose! He’s got a pretty good bite and reeks of the best hops around, but don’t worry, he can be tamed...like, super easily. All it takes is a little pet-pet. HBC 1019 and Mosaic take center stage with this clear and bitter IPA, where we’re using a brand new hop for us, HBC 1019! Dry, with a full bitterness that isn’t harsh, and hits with hoppy layers of fresh spun cotton candy, peach skin, and blueberry muffins.

Now I will say this isn’t “Don’t Pet the Tiger”, but still a fine IPA.
Pours a bright clear golden yellow with a finger plus of foamy white head.
Fruity on the nose - berries, a bit of melon, initially even a hint of diesel; doughy malt and some earthy hops. As warmed notes of peach and a big hit of berries.
Initial sip hits the palate with berry sweetness and some doughy malt that slips into a crisp earthy hop bitterness; notes of peach, peach gummy and perhaps a little cantaloupe.
Medium full mouthfeel with bright carbonation and a delicious lingering bittersweetness.
