Our first brew out of our new spot in Oceanside is made together by Evan Price and Jeff Bagby!!! It’s a West Coast IPA brewed with the Canadian Pilsner Malt and some Flaked Wheat. We’ve got lots of Mosaic hops from Coleman Agriculture in Oregon paired with Nectaron from Mac Hops in New Zealand in this one. We’ve also used a dab of Rakau from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand as well as HBC 586 from Perrault Farms in Washington. The malt profile is super lean, helping to further amplify the intensity of all these lovely hops, with a hop saturation on your palate that you’ll love from each sniff to each sip. Tasting notes? Think Orange Marmalade, Fruity Pebbles, Fanta, and a touch of fresh Maui Wowee in the linger.
