Using a blend of our palest Pilsner malt, rolled Wheat, and old fashioned Oats, this one is focused on all those Mango hits from that super yummo Citra we’ve got, but then gets hit with just a dab of Simcoe that shows through with a lovely Pineapple character. Tasting notes? Mango sorbet, Pineapple Whiiiips, and those delish gummy peach rings.

Sweet tropical hoppy, Simcoe hoppy, and an orange zesty citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a pineapple hoppy, an orange-tangerine citrus-dank bitter finish...a touch of hop burn on the backend. This has some pretty nice depth/heaviness on the palate for a single. Tasty single hazy!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass

A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some spotty lacing.

S: Like shoving your nose in a brick of hops. Intense green resin, bright citrus, ripe tropical and stone fruit, pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

T: Vibrant bright mix of citrus, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, lemon lime, tangerine, apricot, and peach, some resinous pine, pure concentrated green hoppiness, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

M: Medium body, slightly lively moderate carbonation, a little hop burn shows up as it warms.

O: I'm all about this one. As much as I love beers with cool exotic Southern Hemisphere or new experimental hops, this beer shows that sometimes all your need are 2 classics and to treat them right. Love the intensity and the contrast of juicy fruit and resinous concentrated hoppy goodness. If a little hop burn is the trade off I'll take it.
