A DDH Hazy DIPA w/ Citra & HBC 1019
With this one, we’ve gone big on the Citra and then light on this new experimental hop called HBC 1019. The result is wonderfully full bodied, juicy, and hits with hoppy layers of mango sorbet, caramelized banana, and starbursts.

From a tap on 5/30/24 into a pint glass. Murky dull gold, almost tan. Very tight white, almost creamy, head about 1/2 finger thick. Leaves lots of lacing. The taste is very close to the brewer's description (see brewer notes) with the exception of not getting the claimed Starbursts, and the caramelized banana is quite subtle and possibly the result of powers of suggestion. Overall, very nice and would do this one again.
