If you remember Dad’s In Plaid, we’ve moved on from plaid this year, and instead got our Dad’s all dolled up in Cashmere for Father’s Day!!! Not only is it a super soft wool used in sweaters, Cashmere is also a lovely hop that works oh so well with Citra. We went heavy on the Citra, and light on the Cashmere, and built this thing to be as good as it gets. Tasting notes? Think perfectly behaved kids, longer naps, shoes with extra comfort, everyone going to the bathroom for once before the road trip starts gosh darn’t, long leisurely Home Depot visits, everyone actually laughing at your jokes, useless facts, just resting your eyes, a well manicured yard, and beating the traffic.
