Look, you can’t be fancy aaaaaall the time. Sometimes you just gotta cook at home to save a handful of Benjamin’s, instead of eating at Noma for the 5th night in a row! So, Ben Edmunds and your favorite Pallys at Green Cheek kept ourselves in line on this batch of WCIPA, and didn’t go double (or even triple) dry hopped so that we could keep that pricing at the right spot for ya’ll. We used a bunch of rice to create a VERY pale color and a light bodied base, and poured in all the yummiest hops we could get our hands on, along with this yummo new hop/botanical liquid to keep those aromatics HIGH. Tasting notes? Think fresh kiwi, pineapple whips, and fresh yuzu.
