DDH Hazy DIPA with Citra, Wai-Iti, & Superdelic hops.
This one brings together a fun hop combo of two New Zealand varietals (Wai-ti and Superdelic) with another out of Washington that needs no introduction (Citra). The Wai-ti brings the peach and stone fruit, the Superdelic brings bright citrus and tropical fruit, while the Citra really helps pull through lots of lovely mango and more zesty citrus. The result? The mouthfeel on this batch is lovely! Full bodied and textured, with just the right amount of hop tannins. Flavor is big on the ripe mango, along with some grapefruit oils and kiwi.
