From a 12oz bottle, undated. Served in a pub glass.
Pours a barely cold-hazed, bright, cheery copper-gold with two-plus fingers of white, pouffy lather. Retention is very good and leaves scattered gobs of thick but slippery lacing.
An uncomplicated nose of fresh, clean, pale malt and apple skins.
Taste is sweet and toasty, pale malt, apple skins and straw. Mildly sweet and earthy, a not-unpleasant doughy, sour grain character emerges toward the finish.
Feel is slick and medium bodied with gentle, light to moderate carbonation.
Overall, an enjoyable enough beverage that could pass for a kölsch. Not bad at all. If it had a German label on it, it might have even passed and, callow fellow that I am, I probably would have rated it even higher.

Also purchased ( the last 2) hanging out in a random box in the back cooler, overstock area on the day of it's release.
American blond ale is not exactly the most exciting style to kick off a new local brewery with, but sometime's I can enjoy it's simple, easy drinking attributes.
A classic, slight haze to the golden color. Fluffy white foam stays high for a bit falls low and thin soon enough.
Aroma has a classic sweet-bready maltiness, subtle herbal hop and a bit of sweet honey.
The flavor starts out with a clean, crisp bready , sour dough and honey tinted malt thing, spot-on style wise. The mouthfeel is also crisp and very light with a bit of long, slick malt leftover. Green veggie and herbal hop....very subtle adds some depth.
After a short while, the feel and flavor starts to mellow (become flat) to the palate. The styles drinkability has a "time sensitive" caveat. I think ever blind ale I've had has had the same issue...."drink me fast"!!! Before it becomes flat. This is pretty standard for the style. Living in Keene, a close neighbor, I look forward to future offerings from this brewery.

Bottle from Kulick’s Market in Winchester. Slightly hazy light golden color with a small bubbly whitehead that dissipates slowly. Earthy spicy on the nose with a sweet bready malt. Flavor follows well, adds a hint of astringency. Not too shabby for a new brewery.
