Bombastic Brewing

This IPA was designed to be strong, juicy and not full of hop flavor. Weighing in at 9.2% ABV and 78 IBUs, we created our take on the neoclassic West Coast IPA style. We called it “Common Wisdom” to continue the alliteration started by the hop bill: Columbus, Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Citra. These also happen to be relatively “common” hops found in the West Coast IPA style. This produced a Double IPA with a balanced malt backbone, with citrus nose with a subtle orange taste.
