IPA with Mango
This IPA was designed to be juicy and not bitter. With only 38 IBUs, it’s less bitter than a lot of beers. Additionally we co-fermented the beer with 1 pound per gallon of Mango Puree. This process created a higher alcohol content beer with a well integrated mango flavor.
The mango is huge on the nose, and the tropical fruit aromas contributed by the Mosaic & Citra hops integrate nicely. Without the bitterness, this IPA allows the Mango to showcase very well.

Draft at brewery. Bright orange pour, small silky head. Light fruity aroma, tropical. Taste adds a bit of tartness, more tropical sweetness. Good feel too
