A light, refreshing take on the Munich Helles lager style using 100% New York State ingredients. Malt from 1886 Malt House, hops from Weathertop Farm and Hopyard and Cobblestone Hopyard.

16 oz draft pour (plastic cup). Floral/grassy hops, but not much malt character - I'm not picking up on the bready/biscuity flavors I look for in a helles lager. It's thin and a bit rough around the edges, not one of the better style examples I've had recently.
