This rendition of the Tinkoff's chain opened in January 2003. I was there less than a week later, and they still had not worked out all of the kinks. Located on a major thoroughfare in the heart of Novosibirsk, it stretches long but not deep in a former store front. The bar area comfortably houses probably 50 people, with room for another 100 or so in the restaurant area. They only had two brews on tap when I was there (as opposed to the standard Tinkoff's selection of six or seven). Even worrying, the waitress assured me that all seven styles would be available the next day. Still, the intention is to brew the entire palate on the premises. The service was very good, and the food about what one can expect. There may be other good watering holes in Novosibirsk, but at least I can confirm the existence of one!
